You all will be so proud!

Post by IllinoisRRT » Wed Mar 30, 2005 10:59 am

I just wanted to let you guys know...I just had a nice inservice with our Resmed rep and got to see the different masks that you rave about (Activa, Mirage nasal and full face, and Swift) in person! I now have all kinds of information about these so I can offer them to my patients as well as the Respironics. I do see what everyone likes so much about the ResMed masks, from a patient perspective as well as a clinical perspective. I thought you might like to hear that

So did you try any of them on to get OUR perspective of them??? How about wearing one for a few nights? That will REALLY give you an appreciation of them!

No, I didn't try them on because they were the rep's samples, but I will be getting my own samples in a few weeks. I will try those on, I promise!

How great! A DME that cares enough to really listen! Wish you were in Houston!

Christine, you really are cool! I wish a few thousand of you could be cloned and placed all over the world. Wouldn't you like one of you to be in Hawaii about now?

Conroe medical Supply. I actually live up on the lake north of Houston. They were nice and worked with me but they just did not know anything. I mean one dayn into my being diagnosed I knew more than they did. So no value to my money and to me as a patient. I would have done things so much different with the knowledge I have now and saved myself all the aggravation. Also I came darn near to giving it up because they had no answers and quite frankly if it were not for another list prior to this one, I would have.

Yes, it's on the south side near sugarland. They don't have walk in facilities, only by mail. I already talked to them.

Just wondering, did the rep say anything about the Vista? It may be an Edsel in Resmeds line.

Hi Chrsitine:
Glad to hear from a good and loyal DME who actually cares about her patients, and learning what's new, etc. I will let you know my exp. w/Aura, rec'd today. Still using the Swift, but now went up a size in the nasal pillow to a large and its less leaky than the ''medium''.

Glad your inservice went well.........
