Looking for a sensor for positional analysis

In my sleep report it showed what tiimes I was on my left side, on
my right side, and on my back. I want to record that at home.
Any engineering sensor wizards know how that is done in sleep labs?

The video software I posted about yesterday can help you do that. It may be overkill but will tell you what you want to know. You need a mac and either video camera with a firewire port or a webcam.
