I have been using CPAP for the last 6 months it's been great. I use to take a nap everyday. During this time my awarness has gotten beter and better to wher now I feel like my body is trying to catch up and that it's not use to all the energy will this eventually go away. Thanks

ccss: I wouldn't 'worry' about it going away! You should expect all of these positives to either stay the same, or increase. If not, it would indicate that a change may need to be made in either mask, presure setting, or how you're holding your big toe,
Enjoy this great new feeling; you deserve it. Use the energy to do things you weren't able to do before (exercise) and your social life and interests could improve also. I haven't done my exercises yet, but have been more active socially, which helps everything else!
