Profile Lite Mask Users

I need to know from those who use the profile lite nasal mask how much the difference is between the small medium which I was given at my sleep study, and the regular medium size.
This mask seems to give me the best therapy I have had but it leaves a horrible gouge on the bridge of my nose. I was wondering if moving up to a medium would not put so much pressure on my nose? My nose also rubs up against the inner flap and bothers me.

Anybody move up one size and notice a great difference or not? Thanks.
