Loss of apetite?

Post by LilBuckaroo » Fri Mar 25, 2005 7:27 pm

Howdy fellow hosers,
As you may or may not know, I started my CPAP journey on January 3, 2005. From that point, I have noticed a decrease in my appetite. While I realize that individuals vary, has this happened to you? Before you ask, I am not eating 3 meals per day everyday.

Any comments are welcome!

Farewell for now, sleep well

I know, before I say this, that not everyone is the same, and for a lot of people, this may really be a problem, but...

For the majority of hoseheads, who are a somewhat.... fluffy bunch in general... loss of appetite would be a GODSEND.

Liam, who could use a little lack of appetite.

Try eating 6 small meals per day. You might loose even more weight. Exercise doesn't hurt either.

Cheers,

Chris

I've noticed some decrease in appetite and have eaten less. But sadly that hasn't translated to big losses, maybe a minor one or so. (on bipap since mid-November). Guess I'll have to do the dreaded exercise thing. Isn't wearing this yucko mask at night enough punishment? I have to exercise TOO?
