ResMed Air Mini App Data

I've had an Air Mini for about 7 years. Since Jan 2025 when ResMed updated their Air Mini App to v1.8 my device does not Sync Usage Data.
I can connect to it via Bluetooth and make changes to the device. It works and functions properly, just not Syncing Usage Data.

Has anyone else run into this issue?

I've contacted ResMed Support. They are totally useless.

Resmed cuts off that support because they want you to buy a new one. See: ResMed AirMini stops recording after 5 years, forcing users to buy new devices.

Facebook CPAP groups are the absolute worst for reliable, accurate information.

Can't argue that, the only thing dumber than the questions in the various FB Apnea/CPAP groups are the answers!

However, the problem seems common enough that I think the explanation aligns perfectly with the blatant greed that Resmed displays in their published consumables replacement schedule.

I find Resmed's planned obsolescence of the AirMini™ at five years to be completely plausible.
