Mask suggestions

I am a long time CPAP user. I have been using the Wisp nasal mask every night without fail. Over the past year I lost over 70 pounds to finally get to a normal weight. My apnea has improved. I see the AHI numbers on the machine are below 2 every day now. The problem is that for the past several months my wife is telling me that my machine makes noise every night and keeps waking her up. From what I can tell, it fits fine. Machine says good fit. I've tried tightening to make sure there are no obvious leaks but she says no better. I am guessing it is because my face has shrunk with the loss of weight. I use a large size mask. I tried the S/M but that didn't even cover my nose!! (Why can't they make a separate small and medium option???) I am wondering if anyone else has had this type of issue and if there are any suggestions for a solution or an alternative mask that might be popular. The DME company was not very helpful nor was my doctor. I do have a full beard which may impact things but I've had that for 27 years so that is not the cause of the change. Any suggestions are welcome!
