ResMed AirCurve 11 VAuto auto-adjusting bilevel machine. Model 39018. Purchased brand new in box September 2026, used approximately 3 weeks. Includes power cord, HumidAir 11 water chamber, and filter. Works perfectly and is in like-new condition, switching to a different therapy mode for my condition. Always a smoke-free environment.

Asking $850, shipping at buyer’s expense. Located in Baltimore, MD area. Local pickup available or else you can Zelle and I can ship to you.

I don't know if it is sold or not but it isn't an ASV model bilevel machine. Not all Bilevel machines are ASV models. It won't/can't do what ASV machines do to ventilate a person.
