Oscar sessions ?

Post by Slats » Sun Oct 04, 2026 4:18 pm

I have started eating freeze dried tart cherries ( 1 oz from Trader Joes") to improve the quality of my sleep. I dont have issues with falling asleep and have been using Oscar ( previous Sleepyhead) for 11 years.

Last night I slept for 5.44 hours without any interruptions,as shown on my Oscar software. Then I slept for smaller sessions.

Question: Usually I can see on software, that I slept for example, 65 minutes and then there is an "awakening" that I am unaware of. I am curious as to what occurs that causes the indiv session to end and rezoom (all in the same night).

Attachment in next post.

I merged your image with your first post so that people didn't have to go looking around.
It's best to keep all this in one topic.
