Yes in the past when people wanted to swap nasal pillows the medium was always most often requested and offers of the medium were rare.
It's actually probably the same for any mask out there....mediums seem to always be in short supply.

I use medium on the Airtouch N30i, I can use either medium or large on the P30i, the large is better fit though. I use both masks regularly, the P30i when congested and the N30i when not because its more comfortable.
