First some background. I started out with the configured setting at 4-20!! Due to sciatica issues I can only sleep on my left side, however the stiffness on my side wakes me up and I need to use back sleeping just long enough to give my side some relief. With the settings at 4-20, the back would ramp it up and overwhem me!
I got on with a pulmonologist/sleep doctor who changed it to 6-12. Much better but it still ramps up to 12 and I get mask leakes! I ordered a wedge pillow which is supposed to help, but I'm also wondering, as lankylefty27 says, he believes a single pressure is actually better for most people.
How many in here have been on 'both' the 'configured sense pressure and the single number pressure setting? Which one did you like the best and why??

Re: Configured Sense Pressure vs Single Pressure Setting
You could lower your maximum pressure. Just for an idea, lower it to 10 to start with.
But he has no data to support his claim. It's just his personal bias.
How in the heck do you sleep on your side with a wedge pillow? Your spine would not be aligned.

The wedge pillow is for back sleeping to give my side some relief.
