Is anyone here to purchase my machine or just give me some guff about not being real? lol :D
Nobody said you weren't "real" (i.e. legitimate.) We said the pictures in your advertisement weren't real, because they obviously weren't and you didn't explain why.

You're also a brand new member to this forum, and your only activity here so far has been to post this reasonably questionable advertisement.

Combined, that makes your authenticity and motives suspect by default until proven otherwise. No offense intended. That's just how the world is nowadays (and maybe before that too, lol.)

Beware...someone will want to low ball you. I consider anything less than 100 hours like new but people always want to try low balling. In my mind something is worth what someone else will pay so I don't try to give ideas on a device's selling value.
Just for general reference, the OP's price seems reasonable, but isn't exactly a steal of a deal. There are multiple new/unused AirSense 10 and 11 series AutoSet machines currently available from reputable resellers on the DotMed secondary medical equipment marketplace for $650-$750, some including 2-day shipping.

I agree. It's a reasonable price but not a steal of a deal. I prefer steals myself but then that's me but I am not in the market for a new machine at all for reasons I mentioned above. The masks have value if someone uses that mask but no value if a person doesn't (which I don't use them).

FWIW I paid $599 (just verified purchase price in my purchase history at cpap.com and they had my prescription already on file) for my AirSense 11 AutoSet that I got from cpap.com (that was a steal of a deal) as it was on sale and I had money in my FSA account I was going to lose if not spent before the end of last year and I couldn't find anything else I wanted to spend the money on with one week left before the end of last year. This year I won't have that problem...too many co-pays being paid for various health issues that myself and my husband have incurred this year. Bummer but it is what it is.

For someone without a prescription handy and a dead machine....private purchase is about the only option unless one of those other places you mentioned don't require a RX.

BTW the OP did say OBO.
