this appears to be the plain cpap model and not the AutoSet model.

That ref number 394845 does point to the AutoSet.
For some reason I was thinking that the word AutoSet was also on the front of the machine but I guess I was thinking wrong. I never noticed it on my AirSense 11 AutoSet....but admittedly I don't think I even looked.

It isn't on the front of mine either, but it does say it under the SDHC Card Slot.

The text in the second image has a lot of AI artifacts... the power brick and the machine itself seem fine from that point of view, but everything else?
