2nd night using the Pilairo headgear/straps with the Brevida and am very pleased with the combination. The clips slide out when being put together but stay attached just fine when on my head and are under tension. I really like that it is so adjustable and comfortable.
I've got this dialed in really well now:

Thanks for the great question and answer!

I've had them invert when donning the mask when I didn't take care to aim them at the nostrils properly. Pretty simple to pop back out, worst cast you'd have to remove the pillow from the headgear, pop it out, then snap the pillow back in, but most of the time I could do it without that removal. I put it on looking in the mirror just before lights out and have had no issue watching the mask go into the nostrils.
I think what makes it especially hard for me is I always have to get up at least once to use the bathroom and then I have to get it situated again in the dark.

2 points:
1 as to inverted nares pillows - I just feel with my finger/ insert finger into inversion and pull it back out. I don’t need to see or look.
2. If I need to get up - I just reach over/ shut off machine and disconnect mask hose, leaving mask in place - then reconnect, breathe and machine is back on. Of course you look like an elephant this way, but there are worse things to look like.

I have been using the Brevida mask with the Pilario Q adjustable headgear for a couple of years. Fantastic combination. Highly recommended!
