Never yawned with such great results

Post by alancalan » Fri Jun 26, 2026 1:48 pm

If any of you I seeing similar things happening, what the heck is going on. When I get decent numbers like zero leaks and a little above one on AHIs I shouldn't be yawning or feeling like I have to be yawning.

Yesterday I didn't click the SD card to open before I put it back in the Air Curve 11, so I didn't get the graphs and I wonder if the Oscar #s are accurate with the SD card in all night.

After I opened the switch on the SD card and put in back into the Air Curve 11, I saw the flashing lights and I went back to Oscar and here is what I got.

AH 1.05
Sleep 6:45
LL 0%
CA .99
OA .15
UA 0
Hy 0

All the numbers below were zero

My CAs are always the highest with a concentration at the beginning and the end'

I am taking Ozempic, Singulair, Faxiga, Tamsulosin, Dutasteride, Ramapril 5 mg twice a day, Xyzal, Flonase, Azelastine (only when congested and instead I should be doing a sinus rinse) Lipitor, Co Q 10 300mg and totally off Metforman,

Right now I am in that pre-yawn feeling,
Oxygen is always about 95
I am not getting enough exercise, I need to start walking, get back on the tennis courts and not be so sedentary. I'm a CPA

I am concerned about the CAs as it is always high than the OAs.

The last real sleep study I had was in 2006. I have had 2 home sleep studies but I think they are garbage or just a first step. My internist got me that crappy Night Hawk by Resmed and that was a joke. I am thinking I should have a real sleep study since I lost significant weight with 20 more pounds to go.

The tiredness doesn't make sense, The only newer factor is the growth of my thyroid and 4 nodules with the biggest one on my left side and I hd cervical spine surgery about 2 years ago,

I will have to go over all of this with my ENT/Sleep doctor. Things have gotten better regarding the numbers but this pre=yawn feeling is annoying.

The final factor i now I am 78. i was 58 when I did that comprehensive sleep stud in 2006.
