Transcend Micro Travel CPAP - Exhalation Issues

Hi all, first post for me!

For anyone who uses the Transcend Micro Travel CPAP, have any of you had issues with exhalation pressure?

I tried all the EZEX settings (0-3) but there seems to be zero difference in exhalation pressure between the 4 settings. I e-mailed Transcend about it but all they are telling me to do is to try to use a larger diameter hose as the hose the Micro came with is a SlimLine. I use a SlimLine hose with my Airsense11 and I do not have any issues with exhalation.

Defective product, perhaps? Hopefully I can get it exchanged as I'm still under warranty.

I have the same problem. The CPAP shop will not give me a refund. I feel bad selling the machine but it has never been used.
