Hello, I've been using my AirSesne 10 AutoSet after being diagnosed with severe OSA a few years back. I finally got it to a level where the AHI was always under 5, and my Doctor said I shouldn't tinker with the setting anymore and I'm fine if the AHI is always under 5. Should I believe that? While I am feeling mostly better, I still am pretty tired in the morning and at times throughout the day and ultimately think I should be feeling even better. Would anyone be able to take a look at this and let me know if there's areas I can improve? I also wake up to pee around 2 times a night.

Why? Known problem?? Accept it or trying to fix it somehow?
Do you take any medications of any kind (even OTC)? If so, what are they?
How's your sleep quality in general??? Sleep soundly except for the pee breaks or wake often or spend much time going back to sleep?
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

um, no.'round these parts, we believe an ahi of 2 is best. note:NOT 0 as that's unattainable by most folks and chasing zero can lead to frustration.
I know this because I spent 5 years chasing zero. now i'm happy with what I have.

Simply just way to much water too close to bedtime.

Thank you. Based on my screenshots, anything you recommend changing to help get there?

if'n I were you, I'd raise the minimum pressure. it's what does most of the work at any rate.
see your pressure graph? you start out at 5, then it keeps going up until you take off the mask to go pee. put it back on and it starts at 5 again and trends upwards. so 5 isn't doing you a bit of good. if you start at a higher minimum, say 7, it won't waste as much time climbing up.
I'm assuming you know how to change your settings?

I suspect that a sizable portion of the events flagged are SWJ (sleep/wake/junk) and if the pee breaks didn't cause the wake up and subsequent fall back to sleep awake time that they wouldn't happen.
Would need to evaluate the flow rate (breathing) using SleepHQ to know for sure.
Raising the minimum may or may not be the thing to do because the machine may be responding to awake breathing flags.
Raising the pressure won't help with awake SWJ flagging.
Got any nights without the pee breaks?
