Wedge bed pillows

Absolute beginner, just diagnosed, awaiting equipment.

Should I purchase a wedge bed pillow while I await my CPAP? Any nice to have items to get before treatment begins?

Hopeful I will feel less fatigued during the day with nighttime use of CPAP. Diagnosed with Severe sleep apnea, PO2 84, 42 episodes

I bought one of those. Didn't do crap. Waste of money
