New CPAP user since January for MILD OSA. No issues with using the masks or leaks. It actually finds me comfort knowing the therapy is working/helping. Late February, the Aerophagia started and therefore March and most of April have been brutal with heartburn, some acid reflux, severe stomach knotting and burping. My therapy coach kind of ran out of ideas, i guess. Last week, i decided to turn my EPR to a two, where previously I had been toggling between OFF and ONE. Suddenly, the Aerophagia is about 90% gone! I only had the SD in there since Thursday. Anyone care to help read my data to see if there is anything concerning or to fine tune?

Re: How's my data? Helping solve Aerophagia
You can still see the image if you put your mouse cursor over "image" and select "open in new tab" or it worked for me.
It's really not all that remarkable. AHI is nice and low and predominantly CA/Centrals. I don't think using EPR is causing centrals though.
Pressures aren't all that high but people can get really bad aerophagia at "lower" pressures so that doesn't mean much.
I would suggest trying EPR at 3 with everything else the same....and give it time.
