My humidifier won't heat up

With your S11 running and your humidifier set at a high level, pull out your water tub and "carefylly" touch the metal warming plate. If it is warm or hot, the humidifier is working. If it is not...call your supplier.

What is an Air Curve 11 I’ve only heard of AirSense.

AirSense 11 is the cpap/apap model line
AirCurve 11 is the bilevel pressure model line


Same as the AirSense/AirCurve 10 model line.
