I'm claustrophobic. I use the N-20 mask. it gives me a clear field of vision. a short hose in the front rather than coming of the head and magnetic straps so that I can rip it off if I need too. I've tried many masks and so far that is the only one that I really tolerate. a hanger clip on my headboard helps control the big hose and keep it from strangling me.

At 3:55 it rose from about 7, to 9.8 in a couple minutes. And then it never returned below 7.5, how can you dispute that?

You're just dishonest.

And your ignorance about how these devices work is once again demonstrated with how you incorrectly applied the AI advice.

You said, "And it said that lowing pressure can fix this. So I lowered it."

You did not lower the pressure, you effectively lowered the boundaries that APAP operates with in. With APAP you can't and don't set the pressure, the algorithm does.

How many times do I need to point out how you misunderstand and misinterpret what should be simple to understand. Perhaps you should put your silly machine back in the closet for a couple more years to gain more experience.
Look at the plot. It's right there in front of you. While it might rise later on, the first part shows 6 cm and it's just fine. Claustrophobia is not present. I'm not sure why you can't see that. The AI advice has a lot more experience than you do, and that's why I asked it. And the boundaries allowed it to behave at 6. It's in the plot. AI also told me how lab titrations work and what measure they give me.

You haven't pointed out anything. It's in the plot. You might want to practice being objective. Otherwise it's just speculation behind your hate of AI.

Thank you. I will have a look.

why? dogslobber is making valid points.

this is in no way a "debate" as dabee isn't making any points.

Then you need to read the thread. Plenty of points. "Not recommended" isn't a point. I asked him to back it up and he is just full of rambling. No evidence at all. I have seen results with the suggestions I got elsewhere, but that apparently isn't valid. That's not a point?

LOL. "Not recommended". Try some objectivity and rational thinking for a change instead of emotions. People post statistics from an application called Oscar, from machines that record...statistics. They also post experiences all the same. If you don't latch onto these metrics, then you can design whatever you want, but it means notihing. It's not about emotional consensus..

Are you sure it wasn't narcissism type 1?

Good job, Iron Lung Man. It seems this site is filled with empty people that can't grasp reality. SSRIs all around.

Ah, the classic "low intellect" Type 1. Thanks for confirming.
