You might try playing around with your humidity level. Some stuff noses want more; some want less.

Just so you know, the link you provided earlier isn't showing recent charts.

Like you, I sometimes am surprised to find that if I have a drink or two I sleep more soundly. But I also found that even more often I wake up halfway through the night and have trouble getting back to sleep. So I'll still have a drink or two once a week, but I've stopped drinking alcohol the rest of the time.

Hi all, it had been a while since I had a chance to upload my sd card to SleepHQ. I added all my recent data. I have had a few "bad" nights above 5 AHI, but for the most part has been around 3. My doctor recommended going to level 2 on EPR to keep the pressure a little higher, and I upped my min pressure to 8.6, and will maybe continue upping it by .2 every few days and see how it goes.

Is capping the max pressure something people do? It seems like when the pressure gets above ~13 or so I end up swallowing a bunch of air or end up with mask leaks and wake up from the discomfort. I can't really tell if I have less events when the pressure is high because I tend to wake up a lot.

Treatment seems to be progressing normally, at least according to my doctor.

Thanks again!
