OK, that pretty much eliminates a concern about central apnea. However, during the adjustment period to CPAP, there could be a small amount of CPAP-induced central apneas.
Are you seeing an ENT about the sinonasal congestion? You should. The ENT should examine your nasal and oral airways.
After reading your sleep study results, I suggest you change your CPAP settings to AutoMode, minimum pressure 10, maximum pressure 20 (The machine will not go higher than needed.), and let's look at your SleepHQ results after another night.

SleepHQ for 10/9/25 .... A much more comfortable night and less leakage with the new settings

Does SleepHQ give to sleep levels? My sleep study was a joke. The mask they came in and put on me was upside down so I don't put a lot of faith in those results. Do you only dream during REM ? I'm very new and clueless regarding Sleep Apnea so be patient with me.Nocibur wrote: ↑Sat Oct 11, 2025 9:31 amNope.
REM suppression occurs while taking CrazyMeds.
