Requesting review of my sleep data

Post by JasonStatham8320 » Sat Sep 06, 2025 8:51 am

Hi, I've attached a link to my sleep HQ data from a couple of nights of using my Resmed Airsense 11 machine. I've tried a constant CPAP pressure setting as well as an auto pressure setting. I found that I was still snoring at 13 cm of pressure, so I set the range of my machine to produce 12-16 cm of pressure on the Autoset for Her setting. How does my sleep look? Should I be concerned about the clear airway events? I find that I frequently take a deep sigh and stop breathing, flushing out CO2 and causing these events to occur.

Last night on auto pressure:

Couple of nights before yesterday on constant pressure:

Any input on patterns or red flags you're noticing would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Looking at the "auto night", your pressure stays in a nice, tight range. Your leak level is minimal. I zoomed in on a few of the CAs. Most of them appear to be post-arousal (harmless). There aren't many, and they are all of short duration.

Your flow limitations are a bit high at times. You could try turning EPR to 1 to see if they clean up a bit. Check again the next morning.

Before turning on EPR, you might want to do a night in the normal Auto mode instead of the For Her mode. There haven't been many people here who found the For Her setting to be significantly better.

At the end of the next day, near bedtime, how did you do for the day? Energetic? Any excess sleepiness? Fatigued, but not stressed at bedtime?

You are off to a good start!
