EPR setting

Post by wirtz » Sat Aug 09, 2025 5:00 am

Hi guys, I have been using the ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP (P10 pillow mask) for about three years now, and my EPR level has been set to 3 for most of that time. I was wondering if I should turn off the EPR. I will attach below the OSCAR data from last night’s sleep. I still have concentration issues, daytime sleepiness and i sleep to 8-9 hours everyday and I dont wake up feeling energized.

Seems to me that it would be easier to just turn it off or turn it down and try it rather that have us guess what would be better for you. Your data shows no indication for a need to do anything.

Do you take any meds of any kind? If so, what?
Even OTC?

How many times do you think you wake up during the night?

Any other physical or mental health issues going on?

give it some time to take effect. and let us know how it goes, won't you?
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.
