Sore tongue

Post by PollJ » Fri Jul 18, 2025 2:34 am

Hello all, my experience with using a CPAP machine has generally been very positive, life changing really, but has anyone else experienced waking up with a sore tongue, like it has an ulcer (but hasn't). If so, any advice on what to do about it? I don't think it's to do with the mask fit, as I usually get very good scores from the app. Thank you.

Which mask are you using?
