For future reference could you post a pics of the newer clinician reference, as well as the firmware version.
Grrr, my original post was timed out and lost…

Dog Slobber, sorry, I don’t know how to add images to a post and don't care to learn. The menu is short so I will type it out.

Ramp Time
Climate Control
Tube Temp
Humidity level
Mask type
Run Mask fit
Run Warmup
Airplane mode

The user has far fewer options to change than with the earlier clinician menu. I’ve actually had three S10’s. The first was a minimally used unit from Secondwind and was purchased four years ago. The second S10 was purchased new from a local DME in June 2023 (due to frequent mechanical issues with S10 number 1). Unfortunately for me, S10 number two developed a motor issue in October 2024 and I received a warranty replacement. S10’s one and two had the full clinician menu and number three has the minimal menu shown above.

The DME tech set up the replacement using my settings from S10 number 2. There must be a way for the tech to hide the other options such as max/min pressure, EPR, etc. Therapy has been very effective and I did not see any reason to run Oscar or review clinical settings until this weekend. I should have been more curious when I received number three…

My original cpap was an S9 and it has served without issue as the primary and now backup. Always have a functional backup!

This is not the Clinician menu, it is the User Options menu, with essentials set to On (not plus).

The DME has no special access that we do not have access to.

They can only turn Essentials to On/Plus, which disables/enables some user option features.

MyIdaho..

To enter/access the 'Clinician' menu and settings are you using the button presses shown in the image below? Doing this should display two gears and 'Settings' '>'. From there you should be able to see the menu items such as Options/'Essentials where you could change Essentials to 'Plus' which gives you more in the patient menu as you have experienced on previous machines. You should also be able to view and/or change under Accessories the 'AB Filter' to On/Off if you still think you may be trying a filter on the hose.
