Sos need tracheostomy

I am holucinating and can’t sleep at all not even for a second currently stuck at inpatient in Colorado because I asked for a tracheotomy urgently which is what I need or bad things will happen. Is their any doctor in Colorado or treats uars like the emergency that it is and will give me a transplant
