Bad numbers ay home, but on the roadI am fine!

I was traveling in Europe for 30 days, and my numbers were decent. I returned home, and my numbers are very bad. I use a nasal pillow and an older DreamStation. I also have a ResMed machine and am thinking of changing machines. Any idea what is going on?

Decent is under 5 (I was averaging 3). Now last night I was having a 10. I am going with the standard definition of AHI numbers.
