I and many others here have experienced the head nodding impact of sleep apnea daytime (anytime) fatigue.
Since being diagnosed and treated myself, I have also observed it in friends, family and peers...and duly suggested they get it looked at.
Happily for me, I am getting great results from my therapy and have overcome the fatigue issues..which also means I live healthier and most importantly safer ( eg driving).
Thing that struck me yesterday while watching parts of the 250th Forces Parade (Presidents Birthday) on TV...was the obvious indications that President Trump has an apnea type issue.
His head nodded and snapped back numerous times and he appeared subdued, drawn. I am sure that most of us recognise that awful feeling.
Interestingly this condition was not brought up in his recent public medical report release.
I would consider that it should have been for his own good and the nations good.
Did others notice this?
Just an observation...but who is going to tell him..

There are over 80 sleep disorders, so that only suggests he may have a sleep disorder, not necessarily that sleep disorder.
There is an afternoon circadian dip where just about everyone feels like a nap, especially if sitting quietly during a monotonous activity, so that could be totally normal.
He may have had little sleep during the previous night. Perhaps he was on the phone with Bibi trying to figure out how to avoid a nuclear conflagration with Iran.
It is claimed he only needs, and takes, 4 to 5 hours of sleep per night. I doubt it, and believe he has Insufficient Sleep Syndrome.

I've been noticing signs for years. In addition to his sleepiness,
- behavior
- confusion
- irritability
- heavy layers of fat under the chin
- social truth posts all hours of the night (apnea waking him)
- high prevalence of apnea in the population
- grab them by the TACO
I also suspected for years that Biden had sleep apnea.
