If there is any effect at all, it should only be temporary,ChicagoGranny wrote: ↑Tue Aug 29, 2023 1:01 pmInteresting article - https://www.raskmedia.com.au/2023/08/29 ... c-asx-rmd/

owing to the long-term downsides of the "miracle" weight loss drugs.

Re: Ozempic and Wegovy Slamming ResMed Stock?
I have been on Wegovy for the past 10 months. I started on CPAP when I was very thin because there is a strong history of sleep apnea in my family and I was having apnea events and snoring. When I started Wegovy, I was slightly overweight and have a strong family history of diabetes on my maternal and paternal sides. I had gestational diabetes in my 8th month of pregnancy with my first child. That's usually a precursor to adult onset diabetes. Since starting Wegovy, my A1c number have gone down to normal. It were pre-diabetic. I'm 75 years old. What I have noticed because I monitor online my CPAP numbers each day is that I have been below 0.8 apnea events each day since about two weeks after starting Wegovy. I am having very few apnea events and I feel wonderful. I've lost about 18 lbs. (my BMI was 30 previously to starting Wegovy) and I feel wonderful. My appetite has gone down tremendously, my urine is clear (no cloudiness), and I have no inflammation. I was loaded with inflammation prior to starting Wegovy. My blood pressure has gone down, too. My blood pressure was previously around 145/70. Now, it's 125/65. I think it's a wonder drug.
