Hello,
I'd like to share the app RePosa I developed for those dealing with positional OSA (apologies in advance if this isn't allowed, but I think it could help some folks here). The app basically turns your smartphone into a sleep position monitor. If you're on your back for too long (which for many of us makes apnea or snoring worse), the app can gently vibrate and optionaly make a small noise to prompt you to roll onto your side before things get bad. In the morning, it gives you a nice report showing your sleep positions (with graphs) and when it had to nudge you.
The cool thing that sets it apart from other apps is the smart algorithm used to classify the position. This means that after a short calibration you can place the phone anywhere on your body like your pocket.
I built this for people like me who struggled with CPAP or just have milder positional apnea that might be managed by staying off the back. It's completely free right now. I'd really love if some members of this community could try it and give me their honest feedback. My goal is genuinely to help others manage their symptoms in a simple way.

Thank you, and I'd be happy to answer any questions about how it works!
