Hello guys. First time being here. I have been using Auto CPAP Dreamstation 1 (replaced recently by Philips) for a year but not often due to discomfort. Recently I have started it again and I found I have around 50% of the AHI caused by Central Apnea. Does it mean I should have Cpap / Bipap/ ASV instead of the current Auto CPAP to have a better cure?
10 years ago(in hospital): AHI 15
Few days ago(Resmed Apnea testing) : AHI 2.8(this doesn't seem true for me as my sleep has been terrible in most days) with respiratory disturbance index, RDI 7.2
Attachment1: Sorry that I don't know how to set the display language in English.
Attachment 2: Resmed Apnea testing report
I have a terrible sleep. Please help!

The chart doesn't help us much even if in English.
