Why does ‘Run Mask Fit’ fix failure to start at 13 cm H₂O, my minimum pressure?

All settings remain the same. My Ramp Time is always ‘Off’. Please watch this video. At random times, my AirSense 10 AutoSet for her starts and stays at 5 cm H₂O, as measured by my pressure gauge. In the next minute, AutoSet lies that it’s ramping up to 20 cm H₂O. The whole time, I’m wearing my mask tightly against my face, suffocating from the 5 cm H₂O.

I happened upon on a fix today. After I enter ‘My Options’, I click on ‘Run Mask Fit’, which always says ‘Good’ with a green smile. Now, when I click the power button, the CPAP rightly starts at 13 cm H₂O.

1. Has anyone experienced this glitch?
2. Can anyone diagnose, and explain, this snag please?

Please watch this video.
What's the reason for posting the video? It shows the machine operating as it should for a mask fit.

No, the video doesn't show that. AirSense wasN'T running Mask Fit, when I filmed the video and when it lied about 20 cm H₂O.

At the very least you could give us some Oscar or SleepHQ charts to look at. If you're worried about your machine (which seems to have a lot of uncommon issues) take it back where you bought it.
* Download Oscar
* Oscar help
* An alternative to Oscar - try SleepHQ

I have no medical training or qualifications. Take my advice for what it's worth.

Don't count on it. This guy has been arrogant and pushy in all the posts he started. His choice of username is a tipoff.
