I'm three weeks into using a PAP machine for the first time.
My untreated AHI from a home sleep study late last year was 34. I'm down to an AHI of less than 2 on most nights now, and do feel less sleepy during the day. I have turned ramp off, as I never felt the benefit. Humidity feels comfortable, and I'm no longer snoring. I have limited maximum pressure to 11, as anything above that wakes me up with mask leaks, and dries out my eyes. Tightening or loosening the mask straps, or different size cushions only make the leaks worse. My AHI seems to be "tamed" at this pressure.
Please review my OSCAR and Wellvue O2 ring SpO2 data in the chart below, and recommend some setting improvements.

There's nothing that immediately jumps out and says, "FIX ME" in this data.ZigSleeper wrote: ↑Mon Mar 03, 2025 10:11 pmI'm three weeks into using a PAP machine for the first time.

You're three weeks into PAP therapy, and report that you are beginning to feel better. You've figured out settings that allow you to comfortably get to sleep and (from the looks of the data) sleep pretty soundly for most of the night.
In other words, you're doing really well at this point.
My own advice: It ain't broke, so don't go trying to fix it. Meaning: If I were you, there's nothing that I'd change in terms of the settings on your AirSense AutoSet. I'd advise you to allow yourself to enjoy the decent sleep and I think you should expect to continue to see some gradual improvement in how you feel during the daytime over the next few weeks/months.
