ResMed F40 Quiet Air Vent

I would like to replace the vent ring on my F40 mask. To do this,I would like to buy the vent as an independent item. It appears that I can do that in Britain or in Australia, but I have yet to find anywhere where I can purchase the vent in the United States. Does anybody know where I can find that vent in the United States? If it’s not available in the United States does anybody know why?

The picture shows the vent included with the replacement cushion, and the description says "Quiet."

It would be a good idea to carefully question the seller about "Quiet."
