Congratulations on having a pretty straightforward adjustment period!

Less than one event per hour on average.

In order to figure out exactly how many episodes occurred during the night, we'd need to know how long you slept with the machine.

If you slept about 7 hours, that's around 6 events for the whole night. (0.8 x 7 = 5.6, and round up to 6 since the number of events is a whole number.)
If you slept around 8 hours, that's around 7 events for the whole night. (0.8 x 8 = 6.4, and round up to 7 since the number of events is a whole number.)
