Hi,
First post here.
I'm 32 YO, Male.
For the past 4 years, I have struggled with severe brainfog, not feeling present, DP/DR at times, and bad short-term memory. About a year ago I leaned that my testosterone was low. 290is on a range of 250-1200 as well as dealing with hypothyroidism.
I have been on CPAP for about a year now. Did my watch sleep test with Kaiser and was put on CPAP. Shortly after I switched to PPO to seek help with my symptoms as KP wasn't helpful. I recently did a in lab sleep study but for some odd reason both myself and the doctor forgot to mention anything about the settings of the CPAP. I will get back to him regarding that.
Resmed Airsense 10
Mode: Autoset
Max:15
Min: 7
EPR: Off
As of now, I still can't feel present, I feel high/buzzed, brainfog, and can't stand the white lights. It's hard to have any personal and career goals with how I feel.
Looking forward to chatting with you.
Thanks for stopping by.

Re: Help Me Figure This Out
Many of us have no reason to limit our Max, so we raise it to 20.
Many of us find EPR to be helpful for overall comfort and restful sleep.
Fixing sleep can help fix a lot of other stuff with our health.
I wish you all the best for your getting the best sleep possible.

Re: Help Me Figure This Out
You can see on your charts that the machine was trying to increase your pressure above 15 where your apneas are grouped. Your pressure setting is stopping it from going higher. Obviously you need a higher maximum pressure to stop the apneas. It wouldnt hurt to turn off the ramp also.
