Finally my events per hour are low

It has taken many months to finally get to the point where my events per hour are consistently going down, down at times even to a big fat Zero! They are alway below 1 and hover around .3 or below. On the first of this month I was .1 the second .0 the 3rd .2 the 4th .1 the 5th .2 and the 6th .1 Finally consistent readings.
