Any particular reason you're on that fixed (at 11) set up?

Please post again in this thread following the instructions in the second comment in this thread - viewtopic/t158560/How-to-post-images-for-review.html

Alternatively, you can upload your data to a free account at SleepHQ.com and post the link in this thread. It will already be in the correct format.

From what I see, you may have something that is easily fixed. But we need to see the correct charts.

Tell her that if she can't help, to refer you to someone who can. Outrageous!

You have chosen the wrong machine in your equipment profile.
The correct choice is the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet. You may need to scroll down the list to the R section to spot it.

Are you having any nasal congestion?

How are you sleeping???? Soundly for the most part or is your sleep fragmented with a lot of wake ups?

I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

If you want to try the Eclipse mask and want a special promo code to get a little off the price...send me a private message.

Yeah I just noticed that it was so close to airsense I didn't realize lol. And I have some nasal congestion but when I put on my mask it doesn't seem to be a problem it actually gets easier to breathe through my nose. As for my sleep it's rough I never ever feel refreshed from sleep ever and always feel like I need more. I also do have fragmented sleep and I wakeup at like 5 or 6 sometimes and can't go back to sleep for a couple hours really

Are you comfortable with making changes to your machine settings yourself?

My suggestion would be change from cpap fixed mode to "autoSet" auto adjusting mode.
Set minimum to 10 and max to 20. See what happens.

Do you take any meds of any kind? If so, what?
Do you have any other health issues that might impact your sleep?

I know how to I can definitely try. And oh gosh yes health problems seem to come one after another lol sleep apnea may not be all my problem but I know it is atleast some. I take levothyroxine. Clonidine and melatonin for sleep. Celexa, rabeprazole. Then health stuff is POTS hashimotos thyroiditis anxiety depression all that stuff. But I am managing those okay seeing a doctor for all those and my levels there are fine with thyroid and all that.
