On another note, increasing the max pressure seems to have been effective. I had less snoring and the machine is not spending long periods at max pressure. In fact, it never got to the max of 18, only spiking around 15. I did have those two OA's I described which is rare for me, but impossible to say whether that's due to the change in pressure (and it's likely not). So I'm going to stick with the new pressure settings for now to see if I continue to improve.
