ResMed A10 for Her
How can I be sure my humidifier will be working tonight? In the Settings menu the Climate Control is “ON” and the heated hose is at 73 degrees. Do I have to set anything else to have warm air blowing into my mask? Endless thanks if you can answer this before bedtime tonight!!!!!!!
Think I haven’t posted this in the right place . . .

The air temp going into the mask is controlled by the hose air temp setting.
If you want warmer air you need to increase the heated hose air temp above 73 degrees.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

Pugsy,
Thank you kindly for your reply. I set it just now for 74.
If I want to run the A10 without the humidity, how should I do that? Turn off “Comfort”? And then keep the hose temp at 73-74?

just go into "settings" mode. make sure "climate control" is set to manual. set temp to whatever you want. then set "humidity" to off.
voila!
