can you put a finger on what may have changed recently? how long have you had the machine? and on that subject, when you get the chance, please fill out your equipment profile. that way, your machine and mask will show up at the bottom of your post, as mine does below.

there are many things that can impact one's sleep. are you sleeping uninterrupted? or are there many wake up periods?

let us know that info and whatever other info others might ask here.

good luck!

It's good you are seeing your doctor because it could be ANYTHING, not "just" sleep apnea. You need a good, thorough exam, some bloodwork, etc. to rule out the many possibilities.

How has your sleep been? Do you monitor your AHI? Has it changed significantly? Have you ever checked your overnight oxygen levels? Those might give you some clues about whether your CPAP treatment is still effective for you or if it needs some adjustment.
