So just an update. I've been using the normal ResMed Airsense 10 Auto for a few days now at 18 pressure. I am using it with a F&P Evora Full Face Mask. I am having Green Smiley face leak symbol every morning, and my AHI went from 58 from the sleep study to under 5 on average (Last night was 0.5). My central AI is averaging 0.8. I'm tolerating the therapy surprisingly well. But I do have one complaint. Because the mask sits under my nose, I got 2 - 3 pimples. I do have very oily skin, so I am now washing my face right before putting the mask on and cleaning the seal/mask every morning. Is there anything you would recommend to prevent this issue? I ordered a microfiber liner from Pad-A-Cheek.com, so helpfully that will work, but in the meantime, can i put a little Aquaphor ointment on the underside of my nose to keep it as a protection? I do have to keep the mask pretty tight on my face to handle the pressure.

Active ingredient: Petrolatum (41%) – Skin protectant
Inactive ingredients: Mineral Oil, Ceresin, Lanolin Alcohol, Panthenol, Glycerin, Bisabolol
That's basically petrolatum jelly. Instead, use Lansinoh lanolin at night - https://www.target.com/p/lansinoh-lanol ... nk=sametab It's 100% lanolin.

Did you watch some youtube videos on fitting and adjusting that mask? Even at 24 cm pressure, it shouldn't be adjusted tightly.

I did yes. It’s the only way I get a green happy face. I tried the F&P Simplus Full Face mask that I used in the titration study but the machine said I wasn’t getting a good seal with that one.

As you go up the learning curvee, learn to read the leak in lpm (liters per minute). (Eventually on to OSCAR.)
