Dizzy, Irritable, Confused, Tired

Hi all,
I'm new here. I've been using Resmed Autosense 10 for about 5 months. I'm currently using an Evora full face mask with a pressure range from 8.4 to 20 with EPR set to 1. For the past week or so, I've also been using an over-the-counter dental device to keep my lower jaw slightly forward (or at least stabilized) because I noticed that my lower jaw sliding back when I roll on my back was causing hypopneas, more OA's, higher pressures, and bigger leaks with my mask. Using this device with my Evora has reduced my leaks and my AHI's from around 2.5-3.0 down to under 1.0. It has helped a lot. My scores are nearly perfect. I've attempted to attach OSCAR charts from a few nights ago.

However, I still feel like garbage. Yes, my blood pressure has lowered and I'm not waking up multiple times in the night with my heart pounding through my chest, like I was before CPAP, but I am miserably tired, my chest is tired, I'm dizzy, I go through spells where my eyes won't focus well, I'm irritable, and I'm having cognitive issues that make it tough for me to focus at work and remember things. I'm married, so you can imagine how much my wife loves telling me things and having me not remember 15 minutes later.

Lately, I've also been experimenting some with raising and lowering EPR to see if this helps. At the time of the graphs below, EPR was set at 3, but recently I put it back to 1 to see if that made any difference. If there is a difference, it's not a noticeable one. I don't understand why I feel so awful. The scores are great, my apneas are controlled, but I am dragging through each day like a zombie and struggling to think straight and function.

Any ideas about what I can do to help with this?

Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what?

Do you have any other physical or mental health issues going on?

I’m 47. Occasionally, I use an over the counter nasal steroid spray if I’m congested. I take no other medication and really have no other health issues. I’m not heavily overweight, don’t drink alcohol often, I exercise a few times a week and am generally healthy. No mental health issues other than the struggles from how I feel with this.
