At the moment, I live with it. At its worst it's like a bad cold -- not a problem except when I'm lying down and the drainage goes into my throat. I have had a sinus MRI that found nothing; without a course of extremely expensive allergenic tests, the best any doctor can tell me is that I am sensitive to multiple allergens. Anything from pollen to extremely dry air can start my sinuses going. I can't use most over-the-counter decongestants; they're all contra-indicated for someone with a history of a-fib. When it gets bad I use a plain-saline nasal spray that was recommended by my cardiologist. Sometimes it helps, sometimes not.

"Big Girl Panties" is a turn of phrase.... aka be mature about the situation.

Navage is a huge help for washing out the allergens. So is running a good air filter on your air conditioner, and/or getting one of those air cleaners that are sized to handle your room. Get dust mite covers for your pillows and mattress. Wash your sheets every 1-2 weeks.

If you have carpet, vacuum it weekly.

Also, consider that it could be something you're eating. Sugary foods snot me up like a hagfish, so does milk.

I am grateful that cpap renders me almost completely immune to a Dutch oven.
Even the self-generated ones.
