Morning fatigue, brain fog, headache

Every morning after CPAP use, I am extremely tired and experiencing brain fog.
I wake up after 2 to 3 hours of CPAP therapy and challenged going back to sleep.
I’m using Resmed Airsense 10 with a full face mask.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Which model machine?

What settings?

So how many hours of real sleep are you actually getting each night?
With machine and mask?
Without machine and mask?
