Can't download CMS 50F oximeter data

I used a CMS 50F oximeter for a long time and had no problems downloading the data. Eventually the battery died on this unit. That was several years ago. Recently I purchased another. No matter what I try, I cannot download the data. I have tried using the USB cord and also the wireless system. My Spo2 download does not recognize the unit using either method. My computer's bluetooth device setting does list the oximeter. I am very frustrated and do not know what I should do. The unit is useless to me if I cannot graph the oximeter's overnight usage.

Do you have to add this *New* device for it to be recognized by the *Old* software?

I have discovered the problem. I went to a website (which was written on the back of unit)and found a different Sp02 download. This one worked fine.
