I've used my Resmed AirMini tent camping in November with night temperatures ~30F. I did keep the AirMini at the top of my sleeping bag and mask/hoses inside. I was getting some condensation/freezing when my head/face was outside the sleeping bag. I ran off batteries and had enough juice for a weekend. I don't think it would have worked in much lower temps. My sleeping bag was rated to like 5F. I was camping with some Boy Scouts and we hit an early New England snow/cold patch.
