Welcome! For some reason, I'm not able to view your charts using the link. The first one takes me to a blank imgur page, and the second one takes me to a page that says if I continue I may see erotic images. Could you try re-posting?
Also it looks like the behaviour is different when you click the link vs. when you manually copy and paste it into your browser. The copy and past approach will load up the image file itself, without the website getting in the way.
Please feel free to try that if the website is not loading properly :)

t I would almost expect to see hyperventilation after the clear airway event, or some other sign that I'm recovering from the CA event.
Not necessarily.
Can you hold your breath for 10 seconds and then start breathing again. Are you hyperventilating?

Generally hyperventilation is a response to increased CO2 in the blood; an isolated apnea of 10 seconds normally will not initiate hyperventilation.
OTOH, close clusters of apneas could initiate a hyperventilation scenario.

Yea I see your point, but I've noticed this for many CA events that are over 30 seconds long. Just seems strange to me I guess, and wasn't sure if other people also had this experience

A Clear airway apnea that persists for over thirty secongs is, IMO, a duration that is on the long side. How often do you experience these longish Clear Airway?
Could you post a flow graph that has one of these long Clear Airways and the thirty seconds before and after (so for a total on 90 second zoom. Just the flow rate graph for now. Thanks

Here are a few.. the first one is apparently 50 seconds long, and I'm trying to figure out what happened.

If I had woken up and gone to the washroom, I assume the leak rate would be spiking for that entire duration right?

Thanks for taking the time, I appreciate it!
